This Privacy Policy explains how Neurolyze LLC ("PrimaryPlacement," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit primaryplacement.ai (the "Site") or use our services.

Information you give us. When you book a placement audit or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any information you provide about your email program, sending platform, or campaigns.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on those pages. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

Client data. If you become a client, we access your email sending platform (such as GoHighLevel, Kit, ActiveCampaign, or similar) through credentials or authorized connections you provide. Through that access we may view campaign content, email templates, sequence structure, sending statistics, deliverability metrics, and aggregate subscriber counts.

We do not download, export, copy, sell, or retain your subscriber lists. We do not contact your subscribers. Our access is limited to what is required to prepare, test, and report on the emails you ask us to work on.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Respond to your inquiry and schedule your placement audit
Run inbox placement tests and prepare audit results
Deliver, maintain, and improve our services
Send service communications about your account and campaigns
Send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse

3. Text message consent

If you provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you messages about scheduling, your audit, and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, to remember preferences, to measure traffic, and to understand how visitors use the Site. We may use third party analytics and advertising tools, which set their own cookies and may collect information about your activity across sites.

We revoke and delete stored credentials for your sending platform when our engagement ends or when you ask us to, whichever comes first.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted storage of platform credentials and access controls limiting who on our team can view client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Request deletion of your information
Opt out of marketing communications
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do
Request a portable copy of your information
